Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

**1. Returns**

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable),

**2. Non-Returnable Items**

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

1. **Personalized or Customized Products**: Items that have been made to order or customized.
2. **Intimate or Hygiene Products**: Underwear, swimwear, and other personal items.
3. **Gift Cards**: These are typically non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. **Digital Downloads**: Any software, eBooks, or digital media that has been downloaded.
5. **Opened or Used Beauty Products**: Skincare, makeup, and other beauty items that have been opened or used.
6. **Sale Items**: Items purchased on clearance or during a sale may not be eligible for return.
7. **Seasonal Items**: Holiday-specific products that are time-sensitive.
8. **Certain Health & Safety Products**: Masks, gloves, or other items related to health and safety.
9. We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.


**3. How to Initiate a Return**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at creationsbytcs@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return with pictures of issue.

Please note except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.


3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

**4. Return Shipping Costs**

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 50 Euro to ensure they are returned safely.

**5. Refunds**

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-14 business days.

**6. Exchanges**

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as initiating a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange.


**7. Changes to the Return Policy**

We reserve the right to update our return policy at any time. Please review this page periodically for any changes.
